Risk Management Sessions

  • December 7 – Risk Management Primer for your Business – Whether you are running an accounting firm or working within a larger organization everyone has a collective role when it comes to risk, which includes identification and oversight of relevant risks affecting the organization. Accountants are often at the forefront of developing risk management plans which identify and prioritize risks as well as implement risk control strategies.
  • December 8 & 11 – Fraud Risk Management – Effective fraud risk management requires an integrated approach. Too often, businesses implement some helpful practices, but overlook other principles that ensure the full spectrum of their unique risks is addressed.
