Recruiting & Interviewing High Performance People

A cornerstone of success for every organization is recruiting good people, and yet many organizations take a hap hazard, reactive approach to this vitally important activity. The cost of hiring the wrong people is impossible to measure precisely, but it is painfully obvious that mis-firing in the recruiting process is very costly in a number of ways.

Recruiting the right people has never been more important and simultaneously never more challenging.  The common complaint today is that it is really hard to find good people these days! The pool of high-quality people appears to be shrinking which is increasing the competition for the best people.

Participants will learn proven, practical recruiting and interviewing strategies and techniques that can be easily applied.  Participants will also enjoy this highly interactive, (no role plays) fast-paced learning experience and will be energized to implement what they have learned.
