Risk Management Primer for your Business

Whether you are running an accounting firm or working within a larger organization everyone has a collective role when it comes to risk, which includes identification and oversight of relevant risks affecting the organization. What role do management and the board play when developing a risk culture, strategy, or appetite? How does the organization come up with metrics to monitor and control the identified risks, and who is responsible when things go wrong?

Consideration needs to be given to the internal and external factors that could quickly create a crisis for the organization.
