In the first half of this session, we will focus on how you can support your team. Leaders do play a key role in creating cultures that decrease the likelihood of burnout. We will explore how to establish boundaries, ways to say No, and Four things everyone can do to influence the way that work gets done without relying on the dreaded “Delegate it.” (which nobody has time for). The second half will help you with strategies to diminish frustration, angst, and exhaustion and bring back more joy, peace, and ease to your whole life.
This course offers daily practices that set the stage for more energy, productivity, and ease. It challenges the belief that constant rushing proves your worth and instead opens space for what matters. With practical tools, you’ll sharpen your focus, allocate time wisely, and reclaim your energy. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of self-care, boundaries, and balance—so family, joy, and presence aren’t afterthoughts but daily realities.
