With the tools offered you can respond calmly to anything that comes at you, reduce angst, frustration, worry and overwhelm. You will be to “show up” in even the hardest situations with calm and gravitas. You can get onside with change quickly.
You will discover new tools to shift your inner critic into your inner coach and have a deeper appreciation of how what you pay attention determines your perspective and how all of that determines your emotions and drives your actions. This session gives you the roadmap to manage stress, uncertainty and change and lead your team more effectively.
Finally, you will get a different take on the significance of “wired in” beliefs and how they unconsciously block curiosity and learning. The leaders we need now understand the role of mindset and emotions in resilience and performance and actively invest in the well-being of their teams. This session will show you how.
