- Recognize two types of motivation in leadership, foster a positive team culture, and effectively handle conflicts.
- Identify and address common leadership myths, manage change, and uphold ethical leadership principles.
- Assess leadership strengths and weaknesses, establish goals for growth, and use six steps approach to apply leadership skills in real-world scenarios.
