Set Meaningful Goals and Metrics for All that Really Counts

Organizations are built around their objectives and metrics. Objectives and metrics make vision and strategy concrete, focus employee efforts, and enable leaders to monitor progress to plan and hold people accountable for results.

The complexity of business today requires that we not only track traditional financial and accounting type metrics, but also an extremely broad and balanced range of business drivers, including customer satisfaction, employee engagement, skill development, and adherence to core values (employee attitudes and behavior). At the end of the day, if you know what you want, you have a better chance of getting it.

This workshop teaches participants how to set crisp, clear, meaningful goals and measures of success; clarify desired outcomes; and reduce misunderstandings and wild goose chases. This workshop will make it easier for you to discuss and manage performance, skill development, and even how employees are “doing” the core values.

Applicable for: Professionals at all levels who want to sharpen their use of goals and metrics.
