The Pathways for Building Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within Organizations - Businesses of all sizes are increasingly being asked not only about their DEI beliefs but also to demonstrate their practices and progress as a prerequisite for winning new and renewal business from customers, securing insurance protection, and recruiting and retaining top talent.

           
When DEI and Belonging are integrated into your organization’s business processes, everyone reaps the rewards. This course equips leaders and employees with the tools to foster DEI and cultivate a sense of belonging, leading to a more inclusive and productive work environment. 

Applicable for: This course is for leaders, supervisors, team leaders and employees.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Use global ISO30415:2021 Standard and human resources management, diversity and inclusion guidelines to create pathways to DEI and Belonging.
  • How to mitigate risks to your organizations for DEI-related non-practices.
