Building Your Leadership Brand

Why would really talented people want to work really hard for you? Just as an organization can’t be all things to all customers, you must also craft your own unique brand and value proposition as a leader. This practical, hands-on workshop will walk you through building, implementing, and promoting your brand, and tracking its effectiveness and impact. You will learn how to build a leadership brand based on what you like most and do best; tap into your deep values; connect with the values of others; take more control over how others perceive you; and attract the right kind of opportunities in your life and career. You will walk away from this workshop with some big ideas, new skills, practical tools, useful templates, and real time action plans you can begin implementing immediately.
