Managing Diverse Personalities
Multi-segment. In the increasingly diverse workplace, personality preferences and cultural origin create issues that managers need to be adept in handling to ensure a productive work environment. This course provides tools and techniques for improving relationships in diverse groups.
Participants will learn to understand personality types using the Keirsey Temperament Sorter and relate it to leadership style. Discover how personality type preferences relate to six core team issues and appreciate the mutual usefulness of opposite types. Cultural fluency will be developed while gaining and understanding of the influence of culture. Gain insight into how to choose a personality and culturally fit team and build trusting team relationships.
