On October 22, the CPA Connect Luncheon brought together partners from government, recruiter and newcomer organizations.
The luncheon featured a presentation on CPA program updates, new initiatives to better serve CPA students, Financial Literacy Month announcements and an opportunity to build relationships.
“The event was very important for us. It gave us an opportunity to know what is changing within the CPA program. As an employer of CPAs, this is very helpful. It was also fantastic to make connections with groups we don’t always meet with,” said Sam Grande, Manager Diversity and Inclusion, Manitoba Civil Service Commission.
