2023-2024 Nomination Forms
Ready to prepare a nomination? The 2023-2024 nomination forms are now available on our website. Nominations are being accepted until November 30, 2023.

NOTE: Commencing in 2023, CPA Manitoba will accept written nomination forms, as well as audio or audio and video nominations. If you would like to submit an audio or audio and video nomination, please address all sections of the nomination form in the same order listed on the form. These submissions will be transcribed by CPA Manitoba and incorporated into our template form.
