Board Composition & Diversity
As a Manitoba CPA member in good standing, you are eligible to apply. 

We celebrate the rich diversity within our province and recognize expertise in education, fundraising, audit, investment, or any relevant field as invaluable assets to our mission. In alignment with our core values and diversity policy, the Board actively champions diversity in perspectives, genders, ethnicities, and geographical backgrounds. 

Commitment
If selected, you will serve a three-year term, attending five to six monthly meetings typically held over lunch and lasting approximately 1.5 hours each. Additionally, you will lend your expertise to committees, which convene two to four times annually, providing ample opportunities to shape the Foundation’s trajectory. 

Your commitment to philanthropy will be the driving force behind our shared mission. As a board member, you will play a vital role in cultivating generosity, attending inspiring events, and forging meaningful connections with potential donors. We encourage you to give meaningfully, knowing that every contribution fuels our shared vision for a brighter tomorrow.
