Are you providing public accounting services, preparing corporate or personal tax returns, or providing tax advice to clients in other provinces in person or virtually? Are you providing professional services or using the designation in other provinces?

Designation use is a matter of public protection. The public expects those using the CPA designation in our province to be regulated in Manitoba.

CPAs are required to register with the individual provincial CPA Bodies, both as a member and a firm and be granted a permit to provide those services in the respective provinces. The CPA designation is provincially legislated, and each provincial body has its own CPA Act, Bylaws and Regulations.
