CPA Indigenous Initiatives Guidance Committee

On November 14, we hosted the official launch of the CPA Indigenous Initiatives Guidance Committee in Winnipeg. Representatives from across the country met at the Manitou a bi Bii daziigae Roundhouse Auditorium at Red River College Polytechnic to work toward truth & reconciliation within the profession.

The committee participated in truth & reconciliation training led by Legacy Bowes and also reviewed the Hearing Indigenous Voices: Mitigating the Challenges and Barriers to the Accounting Profession faced by Indigenous People report.
