Please follow the following steps to assist you in logging into the Member Portal.

  1. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge internet browser.
  2. Your user name is your member number (contact membership@cpamb.ca if you do not know your member number)
  3. Type in or click on the link to go directly to our website: cpamb.ca
  4. Click on the three small white lines in the top right-hand corner for the menu, and scroll to the bottom of the menu and select the login button.
  5. When you see the login page, as the same time press “CNTRL” and “F5” together
  6. Click the “Forgot Password” button
  7. Please use your primary email address to reset your password. (If you do not receive an email then you have not used your primary email address on file. Try your other email address or contact membership@cpamb.ca for confirmation of your primary email address.)
  8. Once you entered your email address, press “Reset Password”
  9. Close the current browser tab you have been using – you want to make sure that tab is closed fully, as you will not use that tab anymore in the resetting of your password process.
  10. You should receive an email with your temporary password. (To the primary email address on file).
  11. Complete the steps that are explained in the email received.
    1. Make sure to click the link in the email to reset your password (the link is two lines below your new temporary password).
      If you do not click through this link, the reset password will not work.
    2. A new browser tab should open, it will ask you to enter your email address, enter the temporary password, a new password and confirm new password.
  12. Password requirements are: The password is at least 10 CHARACTERS, ONE UPPER CASE LETTER, ONE LOWER CASE LETTER, ONE NUMBER, and for added security we recommend a special character such as “$” OR “!”.
  13. Press “Reset Password”
  14. You should be logged in. However, may see a blank screen. The new member portal now has a dashboard that needs to be set up. There is a drop-down menu to select the items you wish to view.
  15. If you do not see yourself logged in, please click login and use your member number and your new password to login and it should work.

Should you still have difficulty, contact your internal IT to see if the email has been blocked or in your junk folder.
