The FAQs do not and cannot change the meaning of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba Bylaws, Regulations and CPA Manitoba Code of Professional Conduct. In the case of any inconsistency between the FAQs and the governing documents mentioned above, the governing documents will prevail and govern.
