Forms

The following forms must be submitted to this email to register a CPA public accounting or other regulated services firm:

1. Eligibility Assessment Application and Chargeable Hours Form
2. Application for Permit for a Public Accounting or Other Regulated Services Firm
3. Request for Registration (one of the following):
   • Sole Proprietorship or Partnership
   • Professional Corporations
   • Corporation providing ORS only
   • Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
4. Initial Confirmation of Professional Liability Insurance

Processing of applications to provide public accounting services and registration of a firm require approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

Members are not permitted to provide any public accounting, assurance or tax services until the effective date noted in the Consent and Authorization for Firm Registration letter issued by CPA Manitoba.
