Member Registration Renewal Status and Response Rate Statistics

Thank you to all members who have completed their member registration renewal!
The deadline to renew your CPA Manitoba membership was April 1, 2026, and to date, 95% of members have fully completed the renewal.
As a reminder, member registration renewal is considered complete when all the steps within the renewal tracker have been submitted: CPD Reporting and Declaration, Renewal Declaration and payment of fees. For those with outstanding renewal steps, please log in to the member portal to complete them as soon as possible. Members who have not completed the renewal by May 31, 2026, will be subject to suspension.

Response Rate Statistics
During the peak membership renewal period from February 26 to April 23, the CPA Manitoba Regulatory Department responded to a high volume of member inquiries. We received 1,664 email tickets, of which 96 percent were resolved, and the remaining 4 percent are in progress. Members received timely support, with an average response time of approximately 13 hours and an average time to resolution of under 18 hours.
Most inquiries related to member renewal, followed by general questions, firm and practice advisory matters, registration and applications, and professional development.
In addition to email inquiries, the Regulatory staff also responded to 950 inbound calls. In late March, we reached peak call volumes with nearly 200 calls per week.

These inquiry volumes demonstrate both the complexity of the renewal process and the strong demand for timely regulatory guidance, while the response times highlight CPA Manitoba's continued focus on responsive and effective member support.
