Excel now has approximately 500 functions, many of which are unused by most accounting and finance professionals. This session will put you on the path to improved Excel productivity by introducing you to powerful and timesaving, but little used, Excel functions.
You will learn about using financial functions to calculate loan payments, depreciation, and cash flows; how to retrieve summarized data with the GETPIVOTDATA and CUBEVALUE functions and how to make sophisticated calculations with array formulas

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
- List the three Excel functions for computing payments, payment interest, and principal write down
- Differentiate between the GETPIVOTDATA and CUBEVALUE functions
- Recognize similarities in using the SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions
- Identify the steps necessary to create array formulas using ordinary Excel functions
What to Expect
Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an email from the provider within two business days confirming your registration along with instructions on how to join. Registrants can come and go from the course as often as they like.
Access to the course will expire December 31.2022.
A test with 5 questions per hour and a 70% pass rate is required to confirm attendance.
