The Interaction Model - How to prevent unhealthy conflict

The Interaction Model is a communication tool that allows for an honest and respectful approach to dealing with misunderstanding and conflict. Participants will walk away with an understanding of the Interaction Model and how to use it effectively to build better work and personal relationships.
The session allows for active participation so that the Interaction Model can be immediately applied. Participants can immediately apply this model in real life scenarios taking the guess work out of conflict resolution. It is important to note that the Interaction Model is to be used respectfully and that all parties are open to the process and willing to listen respectfully and jointly agree on next steps to avoid future misunderstandings or conflict-ridden situations.

Participants will come away with a communication tool that helps prevent and resolve conflict with others and can be used immediately for maximum impact.
