The Focused CPA - Finding and Maintaining Focus in the Ag...

Multi-segment.  The Focused CPA - Finding and Maintaining Focus in the Age of Distraction. One of the greatest challenges for CPAs today is maintaining a clear, focused mind amidst a sea of distractions and competing interests. This course provides participants with a clear understanding of the problem many of us are experiencing today; finding our focus, maintaining it for longer than a few minutes, being productive, accessing our brain’s ability to think more deeply and problem solve, and experiencing joy and connection, both in our work and our personal lives.
By providing participants with a sufficient understanding of the neuroscience related to focus and our survival brain, they will clearly see why they are so easily tempted by distraction, the consequences of this and the bad habits we have all developed that hamper our ability to focus. All of which has been made worse by the technology that surrounds us and constant state of change the world seems to be in these days. The course provides participants with practical tools to hone, protect and strengthen their greatest assets: their focus and where they place their attention. Since their work, productivity, creativity, judgment, and connection to clients, colleagues, and their family all depend on having the skills and tools to manage this.
