This course aims to provide practical guidance to organization leaders on how to create a more ethical workplace.
Using a step-by-step framework, attendees are shown how to make ethical business decisions, involving multiple stakeholder interests. Case studies and common decision-making pitfalls are used to demonstrate the framework in action. The course also aims to provide practical guidance to managers, board members and other leaders, on how to cultivate a more ethical workplace for their employees.
