2023 CPA Profession Compensation Study

In 2023, CPA Canada conducted a study to learn more about compensation for Canadian CPAs. The study is based on the voluntary responses of 9,861 members related to their 2022 compensation. 9,608 respondents resided in Canada and 253 resided abroad. Note that findings in this report are representative of those who responded and may not represent the Canadian CPA profession as a whole. Comparisons with the results of the previous survey cannot be considered definitive as the composition of those responding may vary from year to year.
