Resignation from Membership
Members who returned their certificate of membership or affidavit have had their resignations from membership accepted in good standing. Those who have not returned either their certificate or affidavit have had their resignations accepted “not in good standing.” Resignations are as follows:

Termination of Members – Non-payment of Dues
Members who had not paid their membership dues were suspended effective June 1, 2021 and given two months to pay their dues and the required reinstatement fee. They were advised that had they not complied by the two-month mark, their membership would be terminated in accordance with the Bylaws. The following members have been terminated for continued non-payment of membership dues:

Termination of Members –Non-compliance with CPD
Members had not complied with CPD reporting requirements were suspended effective June 1, 2021 and given two months to comply with CPD requirements and the required reinstatement fee. They were advised that had they not complied by the two-month mark, their membership would be terminated in accordance with the Bylaws. The following members have been terminated non-compliance with CPD reporting and remitting the required reinstatement fee:
