2024-2025 Professional Development Season Launches on September 10




2024-2025 Professional Development (PD) Season 
Fall is around the corner and so is a brand new professional development season! Launching September 10, the 2024-2025 Professional Development (PD) season boasts over 150 live virtual seminars offered between October 21 and March 31, with many seminars being offered for the first time to CPA Manitoba members. 

Alongside our live virtual seminar offerings, we continue to grow our on-demand options to enhance our balance between technical competencies (i.e. accounting, assurance, taxation) and enabling competencies (i.e. ethics, communication, leadership, data management, EDI). New on-demand seminars are continuously being added to help you elevate your learning journey.

CPA Manitoba has maintained last year's pricing for PD Passes and individual seminar registration. We also offer special pricing for members who have reduced or exempt fee status.

Coming Soon - Public Practice Education Week
Back by popular demand, we will be offering our second annual Public Practice Education Week from October 7-11, 2024. The week will include live virtual seminars focusing on the needs of CPAs working in public practice. With a variety of subjects, times and prices, this week has been built to support our diverse member pool of public practitioners. 

Registration will be by individual seminar, allowing you to pick what is most relevant to you. The schedule and seminar details will be announced on September 10 during the launch of our 2024-2025 PD season. 

PD Passes
If you are looking to take numerous seminars through CPA Manitoba, you may find the most benefits within our PD Passes. PD Passes offer a convenient way to register for seminars and a credit system for pricing. 

With new adjustments to our credit system, PD Pass holders can now see more value in their passes, allowing the potential for members to register for more seminars than in previous years.
